The flexible stainless steel armor (conduit) supplied with this RTD protects the lead wire from damage. The armor is also available with an optional PVC coating to resist moisture. This style usually is used for remote mount.

Supplied with a thermocouple head for remote locations. The maximum operating temperature for Style 6R is 1200 Deg. F. An optional PVC coating over armor can be ordered.
